People and Politics Day - Europe

"People & Politics Day - Europe" is the largest one-day conference on politics and citizenship, concentrating on the European aspect of these issues for young people in the UK. It will take place on Tuesday 18th March 2008 at the Westminster Central Hall and will involve 2000 14-19 year olds.

Unlock Democracy is looking for a temporary (4 Months) Education Officer to help organise the day and in particular oversee the development of a DVD of the event and produce an education pack to go to schools following the event, enabling a wider audience to gain some of the benefits of the day.
