Fog in Westminster

There are now several new entries on our 2008 briefings and reports list including submissions by both the Federal Union and Federal Trust to the House of Lords, as well as a new pamphlet by Peter Sutherland (former European Commissioner and Director General of the World Trade Organisation) entitled "Fog in Westminster, Europe Cut Off." This pamphlet warns that the United Kingdom is now "nearer to systematic 'semi-detachment' from the European Union than it has ever been since 1973." See below for links.
