Kramer says Europe needs to provide global leadership

In local paper The Informer, Susan Kramer MP for Richmond Park, writing primarily about the US elections, says that, "Small town America has limited interest in the wider world, and the failures of the Bush administration are taken to reinforce this view. In this next decade, Europe (and few Americans distinguish Britons from other Europeans) will need to provide far more of the global leadership - America will be otherwise engaged."
