Petition to No. 10 launched by Azerbaijan Society

The European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS) has launched a petition to No. 10 in order to raise awareness of "the massacre of 613 innocent civilians in Khojaly on 26th February 1992". This massacre took place during the Nagorno-Karabakh war.
