This event will discuss the current issues in food and farming.

  • What should government encourage farmers to do
    Grow food, look after the environment, produce energy?
  • What is happening to farming with the current government policy
    What kind of farming is being supported
  • Do we need a food security policy and what should it include
  • Food and Health - can the consumer by cheap food and be sure it is healthy food

Other speakers include Stuart Roberts, previously an NFU vice chairman and now a Liberal Democrat
